  • 2 tbsp low-sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • 1 ripe Avocado, sliced
  • ½ cup Seaweed Salad (store-bought)
  • 1 tbsp Pickled Ginger
  • 1 tsp Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rice: Rinse jasmine rice under cold water until clear. Cook according to package instructions and let cool.
  2. Marinate the Ahi Tuna: Dice tuna into bite-sized cubes. In a bowl, mix soy sauce and sesame oil with the diced tuna. Marinate in the fridge for 15 minutes.
