  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1/2 tsp freshly cracked black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rinse Brussels sprouts under cold water, trim brown ends, and cut in half lengthwise.
  2. Toss halved sprouts in a bowl with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder until well-coated.
  3. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for about 5 minutes.
  4. Place seasoned sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (cook in batches if necessary).
  5. Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through for even cooking.
  6. Once golden brown and crispy, transfer to a serving plate and top with optional Parmesan cheese or drizzle with balsamic glaze.
