  • 9 lasagna noodles (oven-ready)
  • 1 cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (whole milk)
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (jarred)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 2 large eggs (beaten)
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Prepare the filling by mixing ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan, eggs, and Italian seasoning until smooth.
  2. Boil lasagna noodles according to package instructions; drain and let cool.
  3. Spread 2 tablespoons of filling on each noodle and roll tightly. Place seam side down.
  4. Set up a breading station with beaten eggs and seasoned panko breadcrumbs. Dip each roll in egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  6. Arrange rolls in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
