Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 tbsp taco seasoning

  • 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • ½ cup sour cream (for dipping)
  • Fresh cilantro (optional, for garnish)

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Stir in taco seasoning and a splash of water until well combined.

  4. Arrange the filled rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Serve warm with sour cream on the side and sprinkle with fresh cilantro if desired.
