  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 2 medium Granny Smith apples, diced
  • 2 cups fresh baby spinach

  • 2 tbsp balsamic glaze for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Place chicken breasts between plastic wrap and pound to about half an inch thick.
