Description

Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, eggs, sour cream, and vanilla; mix until smooth.
  4. Fold diced apples into the wet mixture.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to the wet mixture; stir until just combined.
  6. Pour batter into the prepared dish and bake for 35-40 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
