  • 2 cups chopped cucumbers
  • 1 cup sliced bell peppers

  • 3 tbsp chili crisp
  • ¼ cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ½ cup chopped cilantro (optional)
  • ½ cup roasted peanuts or cashews

Instructions

  1. Prepare the fresh vegetables by washing and chopping them into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
