- 3.4 oz instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup whipped topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth; mix in vanilla extract.
- Gently fold in sour cream and mashed bananas until well blended.
- Whisk together pudding mix and milk; fold into the cheesecake mixture.
- Pour filling over crust and bake for 55-60 minutes, until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Cool completely before refrigerating.
