  • 8 bamboo skewers (soaked in water)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha sauce (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions

  3. Skewer the Chicken: Thread marinated chicken onto soaked bamboo skewers, leaving space between pieces.
  4. Preheat Grill or Oven: Heat your grill to medium-high or set your oven to broil.
  5. Cook the Skewers: Grill each skewer for about 10-15 minutes until fully cooked through and slightly charred. If baking, place on a lined baking sheet under the broiler until golden brown.
