  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 4 cups coleslaw mix
  • 4 soft flour tortillas
  • 2 green onions, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup cilantro (optional)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook chicken: Preheat grill or skillet over medium heat. Season chicken with salt and pepper, cooking for 6-7 minutes per side until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temperature). Let rest for 5 minutes before shredding.
  2. Make coleslaw: In a bowl, mix coleslaw with apple cider vinegar and honey. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add chopped cilantro if desired.
  3. Combine chicken and BBQ sauce in a separate bowl until well coated.
  4. Warm tortillas briefly on a skillet or microwave for easier wrapping.
