Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, melted butter, and a pinch of salt. Mix until well combined and knead on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Place dough in a greased bowl, cover it, and let rise in a warm area for about an hour or until doubled in size.
  4. Roll out the dough to about 1/2-inch thickness on a floured surface.
  5. Spread Biscoff cookie butter evenly over the dough and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from one end to another and cut into equal pieces (approximately 12 rolls).
  7. Place cut rolls in a greased baking dish, cover, and let rest for another 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
  9. For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with enough milk to achieve desired consistency; drizzle over warm rolls before serving.
