- 3 large eggs (room temperature)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C) and grease an 8×8-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and ¼ cup sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the remaining sugar, then mix in sour cream and vanilla extract.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until just incorporated to maintain fluffiness.
- Gently fold in black cherries using a spatula.
