Description

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into a pie dish evenly and bake for about 10 minutes until golden.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together calamansi juice, sweetened condensed milk, and eggs until smooth.
