  • 1 medium yellow onion (chopped)
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable broth

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper (to taste)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  5. Blend the mixture until smooth using an immersion blender or regular blender.
  6. Stir in cream or coconut milk; season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve warm.
