- 8 oz wide egg noodles
- 1 lb lean ground beef
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 10.5 oz can cream of mushroom soup (low-sodium)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the egg noodles in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, brown the ground beef with onions and garlic over medium heat until cooked through. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk; simmer for 2 minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the noodle mixture with the beef sauce until well coated.
- Layer half of the noodle mixture in a greased baking dish, top with half of the shredded cheese, then add remaining noodles and top with the rest of the cheese.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown.
