- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Boil salted water in a large pot.
- 2. Chop chicken into bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
- 3. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente (8-10 minutes).
- 4. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté seasoned chicken in olive oil until golden brown (5-7 minutes).
- 5. Add broccoli and cook for another 2 minutes until tender.
- 6. Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream and garlic powder, simmer for 2 minutes.
