  • 3 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella and cheddar blend)
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced (any color)
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup your favorite sauce (barbecue or ranch)

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients: Mince garlic and slice bell peppers.
  2. Cook the chicken: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken breasts and cook until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes per side.
  3. Add garlic & veggies: Stir in minced garlic and sliced bell peppers; sauté for another 3-4 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Shred the chicken: Remove from heat, let rest briefly, then shred using two forks.
