  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese (divided)
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  2. Sauté fresh spinach in a skillet over medium heat until wilted (about 3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
