Description

  • 10 oz mini Marshmallows
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tsp pure Cherry Extract
  • 23 drops Red Food Coloring
  • Fresh or maraschino Cherries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in cherry extract and food coloring until well combined.
  3. Gradually fold in Rice Cereal using a spatula until evenly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Press down gently with wax paper to create an even layer.
  5. Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
