Instructions
- In a large pot over low heat, melt the butter until bubbly. Add marshmallows, stirring continuously until completely melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in cherry extract and food coloring until well combined.
- Gradually fold in Rice Cereal using a spatula until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch pan. Press down gently with wax paper to create an even layer.
- Allow to cool for about 30 minutes before slicing into squares.
