  • 1 tsp cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups beef broth or water

Instructions

  2. Heat olive oil over medium heat in a large pot. Sauté onions until translucent (about 5 minutes).
  3. Add stew meat; brown on all sides for about 8 minutes.

  5. Mix in diced tomatoes and kidney beans; add enough broth or water to cover everything.
