- 3 green onions, sliced thinly

Instructions
- Gather and prep all ingredients: chop cabbage, mince garlic and ginger, slice bell peppers and green onions.
- In a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, brown the ground beef until fully cooked and crumbly.
- Add minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet; stir for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
- Incorporate chopped cabbage and bell peppers; stir-fry for about 5 minutes until veggies are tender yet vibrant.
- Pour in soy sauce and drizzle with sesame oil; toss everything to coat evenly for another couple of minutes.
- Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with sliced green onions.
