  • 1 cup heavy cream (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar (for filling and dusting)
  • 2 tbsp softened butter

Instructions

  3. In another bowl, beat eggs and vanilla until frothy. Gradually fold in dry ingredients until combined.
  4. Pour batter onto prepared sheet, spreading evenly. Bake for 12-15 minutes until lightly springy.
  5. Cool slightly, then flip onto a powdered sugar-dusted towel and roll up tightly.
  6. Whip heavy cream with powdered sugar until stiff peaks form. Unroll the cake, spread filling evenly, then roll back up.
  7. Dust with additional powdered sugar before serving.
