Description

Chubby Hubby Cookies are a decadent delight featuring a rich blend of chocolate and peanut butter, with an irresistible gooey center and crunchy edges. Perfect for any occasion, these cookies will have everyone coming back for more.


Ingredients

  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup brown sugar, packed
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 cup peanut butter chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, cream softened butter with brown sugar and granulated sugar until fluffy.
  4. Add eggs one at a time and mix in vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture; mix gently until just combined.
  6. Fold in chocolate chips and peanut butter chips evenly into the dough.
  7. Scoop tablespoonfuls of dough onto prepared sheets about 2 inches apart.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden but centers remain soft.
  9. Allow to cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring to wire racks.
