- 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, mix flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, whisk together milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla until smooth. Combine wet ingredients into dry ingredients without overmixing.
- For the cinnamon swirl, combine brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
- Pour half the batter into the prepared dish; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top. Add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Use a knife to gently swirl together. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
