  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for topping)
  • ¼ cup honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter in a bowl. Press mixture firmly into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add sugar, mixing well. Add eggs one at a time, blending until creamy.
  3. Mix in cinnamon and vanilla until fully incorporated. Pour filling over the crust and smooth with a spatula.
  4. Bake for 50-60 minutes or until edges are set but center jiggles slightly. Turn off oven and let cool inside for an hour.
  5. For the topping, mix powdered sugar with honey until smooth; drizzle over cooled cheesecake and refrigerate overnight.
