  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp ground cinnamon

  • 2 large eggs
  • ⅓ cup melted butter

Instructions

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Mix mashed bananas with melted butter and eggs until creamy.
  4. In another bowl, combine flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined; lumps are okay.
  6. Pour half of the batter into the loaf pan, sprinkle with cinnamon sugar, add remaining batter, and top with more cinnamon sugar.
  7. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
