- 1. Activate the yeast by combining warm milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and yeast in a small bowl. Let sit for 5 minutes until frothy.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add melted butter and eggs to the yeast mixture, then combine with the flour mixture until just mixed.
- 3. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- 4. Place in an oiled bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm area until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
- 5. Mix remaining sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
