  • 6 slices crispy bacon
  • 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
  • 4 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 oz cream cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried thyme

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, fry bacon over medium heat until crispy (5-7 minutes). Remove and drain on paper towels, leaving about 2 tablespoons of grease.
  2. Season chicken with salt and pepper; add to the skillet. Cook until browned and cooked through (6-8 minutes per side). Set aside.
