  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1 lb)
  • 2 cloves fresh garlic (minced)
  • 2 medium carrots (sliced thinly)
  • 2 celery stalks (chopped finely)
  • 3 cups egg noodles
  • 6 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping garlic, carrots, and celery.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, add oil and cook chicken breasts for 6-8 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from pot and set aside.
  3. In the same pot, sauté garlic, carrots, and celery for about 5 minutes until softened.

  5. Stir in egg noodles and cook according to package instructions (about 6 minutes).
