- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 2 green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare your workspace.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs with garlic powder. In another bowl, mix flour with salt. In a third bowl, place panko breadcrumbs seasoned with pepper.
- Dip each chicken piece into the flour, followed by the egg mixture, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat; add breaded chicken and cook until golden brown (about 4-5 minutes per side).
- While chicken cooks, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha in a small bowl.
- Once cooked through (internal temp should be 165°F), slice chicken and assemble in bowls over rice or noodles. Drizzle with bang bang sauce and garnish with green onions.
