  • 34 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup Bang Bang Sauce (mix of 1/4 cup mayonnaise, 2 tbsp sriracha, 2 tbsp honey)
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 cups cooked rice or noodles

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken in buttermilk for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Set up breading station with seasoned flour in one bowl and panko breadcrumbs in another.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip into panko until fully covered.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry chicken for about 5-7 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
