  • 1 lb lean ground beef

  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Fresh cilantro (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef with chopped onion and minced garlic until browned and onions are translucent.
  2. Add cumin and chili powder; stir to coat evenly.
