- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

- In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil. Sauté onions and mushrooms until tender.

- Fill each pepper with the steak-and-cheese mixture, pressing down slightly.
- Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes; uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until cheese is golden.
