  • 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1.5 lbs)
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
  • 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping vegetables and mincing garlic and ginger.
