  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Bring the chicken broth to a gentle boil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Stir in soy sauce and white pepper; simmer for 2 minutes.
  3. Whisk the eggs in a bowl, then slowly pour into the boiling broth while stirring gently to create ribbons.
