Description

Espresso Cheesecake is a luscious dessert that combines creamy cheesecake with the bold flavor of espresso, creating a delightful treat that captivates coffee lovers and dessert enthusiasts alike.

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 24 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp espresso powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C). In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until crumbly and press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese until smooth. Gradually incorporate sugar while mixing well.
  3. Stir in espresso powder, sour cream, vanilla extract, and eggs one at a time until blended thoroughly.
  4. Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50-60 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center.
  5. Cool in the oven with the door cracked for an hour before refrigerating until fully chilled.
  6. Slice and serve with chocolate sauce or whipped cream if desired.
