Instructions

  3. In a separate bowl, melt butter and let it cool. Mix in eggs, milk, and vanilla until smooth.
  4. Carefully fold the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until just combined. Avoid overmixing.

  6. Fill each muffin cup three-quarters full and bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
