Instructions
- Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
- Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, and cook until browned (5–7 minutes).
- Lower heat and stir in softened cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth. Add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
- Toss drained spaghetti into the skillet until well coated with sauce (about 1 minute).
