  • 8 oz spaghetti
  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente (8–10 minutes). Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion in oil until translucent. Add minced garlic and cook for another 1–2 minutes.
  3. Increase heat to medium-high, add ground beef, and cook until browned (5–7 minutes).
  4. Lower heat and stir in softened cream cheese and Dijon mustard until smooth. Add reserved pasta water as needed for consistency.
  5. Toss drained spaghetti into the skillet until well coated with sauce (about 1 minute).
  6. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving hot.
