  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 3 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and sugar.
  3. In another bowl, mix milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Combine with dry ingredients until just mixed.
  4. Fill each donut cavity about three-quarters full and bake for 10-12 minutes until springy to the touch.
  5. For the glaze, whisk together powdered sugar and milk until smooth. Dip warm donuts into the glaze and let excess drip off.
