Description

Greek nachos are a delightful twist on a classic favorite, blending crispy pita chips with the vibrant flavors of feta, olives, and fresh vegetables. Topped with tangy tzatziki sauce, this dish is perfect for gatherings or casual snacking.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups pita chips
  • 1 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 cup diced cherry tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced Kalamata olives
  • ½ cup diced cucumber
  • ¼ cup thinly sliced red onion
  • ½ cup tzatziki sauce
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Spread pita chips on a baking sheet, drizzle with olive oil, and bake until golden brown (about 10 minutes).
  2. While chips bake, mix tomatoes, cucumber, onions, olives, and feta in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, combine tzatziki sauce and oregano.
  4. Once chips are baked, layer them on a platter and top with the tomato mixture.
  5. Drizzle tzatziki sauce over the nachos and serve immediately.
