  • 4 ears fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup crumbled cotija cheese
  • 1 tsp chili powder (adjust to taste)
  • Juice of 2 limes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (around 400°F).
  2. Husk the corn and soak in water for about 30 minutes to keep it juicy while grilling.
  3. Grill the corn for approximately 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until all sides are nicely charred.
