  • 8 slider buns
  • 8 slices sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • ¼ cup ketchup
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 medium tomato, sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the onion and slice the tomato. Set aside.
  2. Cook the beef: Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and chopped onions; cook until browned (7-10 minutes).
  3. Season: Stir in salt, pepper, and any desired spices.
  4. Melt cheese: Lower the heat, place cheddar slices over beef mixture, cover for 1-2 minutes until melted.
