Description

Ham & Cheese Cauliflower Fritters are deliciously crispy bites that combine tender cauliflower, savory ham, and rich cheddar cheese. Ingredients

  • 2 cups cauliflower florets (steamed and mashed)
  • 1 cup diced ham
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. Steam cauliflower florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes. Drain and mash in a bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix diced ham, cheddar cheese, eggs, flour, baking powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Fold in the mashed cauliflower until well incorporated.
  4. Shape the mixture into patties (about two tablespoons each).
  5. Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry fritters for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
