Instructions

  1. Wash and dry the zucchinis, then slice them into half-moon pieces about half an inch thick.
  2. Preheat your grill or non-stick pan over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. In a bowl, toss sliced zucchini with olive oil, garlic powder, and soy sauce until evenly coated.
