  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (plain or Italian)

  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 cup BBQ sauce
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and red pepper flakes until just combined.
  2. Roll the mixture into one-inch meatballs.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together honey, BBQ sauce, ketchup, and Worcestershire sauce.
  4. Place meatballs in a crockpot and pour the sauce over evenly.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-6 hours or high for 2-3 hours until cooked through.
