Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise without cutting all the way through to create a pocket.
- In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
- Generously fill each date with the ricotta mixture.
- Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the stuffed dates and press gently to adhere.
- Bake for about 10 minutes until warmed through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
