Description

Honey Pistachio Ricotta Stuffed Dates are an irresistible blend of sweet and savory flavors. Soft Medjool dates filled with creamy ricotta, honey, and crunchy pistachios create a delightful bite-sized treat perfect for any occasion.

  • 12 Medjool dates
  • 1 cup whole milk ricotta cheese
  • 2 tbsp high-quality honey
  • 1/4 cup unsalted pistachios, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise without cutting all the way through to create a pocket.
  3. In a bowl, mix the ricotta cheese, honey, and cinnamon until smooth.
  4. Generously fill each date with the ricotta mixture.
  5. Sprinkle chopped pistachios over the stuffed dates and press gently to adhere.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes until warmed through. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
