  • 1 lb flank steak, sliced thinly against the grain
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1/2 cup low-sodium beef broth

Instructions

  1. Slice flank steak thinly against the grain and chop broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil; add the beef and marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat; sauté marinated beef until browned (3-4 minutes).
