  • 4 cups low-sodium vegetable or chicken broth

  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter

Instructions

  1. In a large pot over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the chopped onion and sauté until translucent (about 5 minutes). Add minced garlic and stir until fragrant.
  2. Stir in the broccoli florets and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
