  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup keto-friendly vegetables (diced carrots and celery)
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Chop the vegetables into small pieces and dice the chicken into bite-sized chunks.
  2. In a large pot, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden brown.
