- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- 1. Peel and slice the Yukon Gold potatoes into quarter-inch rounds.
- 2. Soak the sliced potatoes in cold water for 30 minutes to remove excess starch.
- 3. In a skillet over medium heat, melt butter with olive oil. Add onions and sauté until golden brown (10-12 minutes).
- 4. Drain and pat dry the soaked potatoes. Add them to the skillet with the onions.
